Wealth Decoded (the "App") is owned and operated by DJLRC Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms & Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Educational purpose only
Wealth Decoded is an educational tool that accompanies a general course on life design, expenses, income, and investing in general terms. All content, lessons, frameworks, calculators, trackers, and tools in the App are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They are designed to help you learn concepts and organize your own information — not to tell you what to do with your money.
2. Not individual or personalized advice
Nothing in the App constitutes, and nothing in the App should be relied upon as, individual or personalized investment, financial, tax, accounting, legal, or other professional advice. We do not assess your individual circumstances, risk tolerance, or suitability, and we do not provide recommendations tailored to you. The App's calculations and outputs are generated automatically from the information you enter and from general assumptions; they are not advice and are not a substitute for advice.
3. No specific investment recommendations
We do not recommend, endorse, promote, or tell you to buy, sell, or hold any specific security, fund, asset, cryptocurrency, commodity, product, account, or investment. The App may let you record and track investments you choose, and may show educational examples or generic categories, but we never disclose, suggest, or direct you toward any particular investment. Any investment names, types, or examples shown are illustrative and for educational context only.
4. No advisory or fiduciary relationship
Using the App does not create an investment-advisory, broker-dealer, fiduciary, agency, or other professional relationship between you and us. We are not acting as your investment adviser, broker, financial planner, accountant, or attorney.
5. Projections, calculators, and estimates are illustrative
The App includes calculators and projections — including but not limited to debt-payoff estimates, Spending Plan figures, Emergency Fund coverage, required-income figures, Freedom Number targets, investment-growth projections, scenario comparisons, and your position on the 4 Choices Life Design map. All such figures are hypothetical, illustrative estimates based on the inputs and assumptions you provide and on simplified models. They are not guarantees, promises, or predictions of any actual outcome. Actual results will differ. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal.
6. Your decisions are your own; consult licensed professionals
You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions and their outcomes. Before making any financial, investment, tax, or legal decision, you should consult a qualified, licensed professional who can consider your individual situation. We are not responsible for any action you take or fail to take based on the App.
7. Accuracy of your information
The App's outputs depend entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the information you enter. We do not verify your inputs and are not responsible for results produced from inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date information.
8. Third-party services and uploaded content
The App uses third-party services for account access, storage and hosting. You may upload your own photos to your Life Design board and profile. The App does not offer AI image generation. You are responsible for the content you upload.
9. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result or figure is accurate or complete.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJLRC Inc. and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or investments, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the App or reliance on its content — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Governing law
These Terms & Disclaimer are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms & Disclaimer from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date, and continued use of the App after changes means you accept them.

Privacy Policy
Wealth Decoded stores the account, profile, financial planning, Life Design, 7 Dimensions, COMPASS+ decision, image-upload, reminder, and app preference information you choose to enter. We use this information to provide the App, secure your records, calculate educational estimates, sync your account, export your data, support account deletion, and improve beta reliability. We do not sell your personal data. Uploaded and generated profile and Life Design images are stored privately and served to the signed-in owner.
The App uses service providers including Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and Row Level Security; Vercel for hosting; web push infrastructure for optional reminders; and Resend if email reminders are enabled. You can export your data as JSON or CSV from Profile. You can delete your account from Profile, which removes your auth account and database rows tied to that account, subject to technical logs, backups, legal obligations, and provider limitations.
